Dryers and filtration

• Refrigerated dryers — general workshop air.
• Desiccant dryers — when the dew point has to be below what a fridge dryer can do.
• Particulate and coalescing filters, oil vapour where the process needs it.
• Condensate drains and separators. Oil/water mix is a disposal job, not a floor drain job.

Panel shops and food plants: start with the air quality class, then the dryer.

Pipework

• Size the main for the CFM, not for the fitting that was on the shelf.
• Ring main beats a long dead-end run.
• Fall to drains. Water sits in low points and then hits the gun.
• Receiver location and size change how the compressor cycles.

We install and we will say if the existing pipe is the problem before anyone buys a larger unit.
