What we collect
- Name, phone, email, business name and site address from forms and calls.
- Machine make, model, serial, running hours and a description of the fault or job.
- Photos you upload of a data plate or part.
- Technical logs: IP address, time of submit, and basic server logs for security and rate limiting.
- If you unsubscribe: that email address on a suppression list.
Why
To quote, schedule, do the job, invoice, keep a service history on the machine, and — only if you opt in — send workshop mail. We do not sell lists.
Photos of equipment
A data-plate photo is used to read make, model and serial so we do not order the wrong kit. It is stored in a folder that is not published on the website and is not used in advertising. If the enquiry does not become a job, we delete the file within 90 days. If it becomes a job, we keep the photo with the machine record for the service-history period below. We do not scrape faces from workshop photos for any other purpose; if a person is in shot, treat it as incidental and ask us to crop or delete it.
Who can see it
Staff of A.C.N. 626 000 253 Pty Ltd who need it for the job. Our Australian host (Digital Pacific / this cPanel account) holds the files as a processor. We do not send enquiry photos offshore as a routine step. Email to us may pass through the mail host that serves this domain.
How long we keep it
- Website enquiries that do not become a job: 24 months, then deleted.
- Quotes, invoices, service sheets and machine history: 7 years (tax and consumer-law records).
- Enquiry photos with no job: 90 days.
- Job photos: with the machine file for 7 years, or earlier if you ask and we are not required to keep them.
- Server and rate-limit logs: 90 days.
- Unsubscribe / suppression list: until you ask us to remove the address entirely.
Ask us to delete or correct
Email info@bendigoaircompressors.com.au from the address we hold, say what you want deleted or corrected, and include the site address or serial if it was a machine job. We will action it within 30 days unless we must keep a record (for example an invoice). You can also use the unsubscribe form to stop marketing, workshop mail and unsolicited service-due reminders.

Write to us first. If that does not fix it, the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner handles APP complaints: oaic.gov.au.
