What an audit measures

• What the compressors actually deliver versus what the plant uses.
• Loaded versus unloaded kW.
• Pressure at the compressor and at the far end of the pipe.
• Leak survey — ultrasonic, plant stays running.
• Dryer and drain behaviour if they are in the scope.

Cost, findings, payback

Quoted per site. A common finding is leaks plus undersized pipe, blamed on the compressor. Fixing leaks and pipework often beats buying a larger unit.
